§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy applies to persons who use the Website located at the URL: http://www.balnearioderetortillo.com and comes into effect on 11/01/2025.   1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
    2. processing of requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. handling complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. maintaining records and fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent upon the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending the newsletter (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of the service provided: asking you to complete a survey or answer some questions about the quality of the service provided (Article 6, 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. showing personalized commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, although necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking on the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

If a person has given their consent to data processing (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Data Protection Regulation), data will be processed until consent is withdrawn, but after this period information about who, when, and with what consent may be archived (for purposes of establishing, investigating, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for the period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, answering questions, tax regulation, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, enforcing, or defending legal claims or when data retention is necessary due to tax regulations.

§3. RECIPIENTS OF DATA

We use the services of software and ICT system maintenance companies with whom we have entered into the corresponding agreements. These contracts include data processing and confidentiality rules. Data are not shared, and none of these companies have the right to process them in any way other than specified in the contract. Your data, to the extent the company has access to them, may only be processed for the correct provision of the services.
